I’m now seeing clients out of a massage practice in Chattanooga. While I don’t offer bodywork or massage, I hold space for intuitive, energetic, and spiritual support. As a Reiki Master with five years of experience, I offer two in-person services—both rooted in deep presence, emotional attunement, and nervous system care.

I hold space for people in the thick of it—when things feel stuck, confusing, or like they just keep looping. Whether it’s love, money, identity, grief, or something harder to name, I help you see the patterns beneath the surface—the beliefs behind the choices, the stories seeking repetition, the root of what’s really going on.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice. I’m not here to help you “get it together.” I’m here for the messy middle. The places that ask for truth, tenderness, and deep courage. The in-between. The waiting room. The space after the old thing has died but the new hasn’t taken shape yet. I know how torturous that space can feel—and how sacred it becomes when you stop trying to escape it.
I’m especially good at helping you trace the thread of your own devotion—what you’re really here for, what lights you up beneath the fear, what your soul is whispering when it isn’t trying to perform or please anyone else.
My work isn’t about making you better. It’s about helping you return to the rhythm of who you already are—beneath the conditioning, the expectations, and the noise.
